How Much Does a Home Appraisal Cost in Ohio 2025-2026?

For a VA home loan, the appraisal fee and the appraisal timeliness come from the VA Appraisal Fees and Timeliness table, effective May 1, 2026. Eagle Home Appraisal Ohio is based in Hamilton, in Butler County. Butler County is not listed separately in the VA table, so the table’s Ohio statewide row applies. The “Hamilton” named in one of the table’s Ohio county rows is Hamilton County, a different county.
